We enjoyed our stay, there were only two of us, we found the upstairs of the house to be very comfortable. This home is in a great location, close to Ryder Beach, Corn Hill, not far from Race Point beach and Provincetown. The master bed and bedding were very comfortable, the view of forest from bath was lovely. Shower floor and step are slippery, it could use some more rails and non-slip stickers. The kitchen was nice, lots of utensils, we loved the toaster and oven. The big dining room table was great for the puzzle we worked on; it rained for a few days during our stay. We also enjoyed the variety of books on the shelves. The downstairs was less inviting, because it is a bit musty, it could use better drainage, a dehumidifier.

Great location! A few quirks of the house but ultimately charming. Top floor is much nicer than the bottom- which had harsh lighting and a musty smell. Very responsive communications with Del Mar.

The house was beautiful with many porches, decks, and patios for outdoor seating. It was about a ten or fifteen easy walk to a lovely, quiet beach. We loved the location. The house is on the border of Wellfleet & Truro. It is a 20 or so minute drive to Provincetown and less than 10 minutes to the center of Wellfleet. The only real difficulty was the very steep spiral staircase to the ground floor, which was difficult to navigate for elderly folks (and would not be great for very small children). Note that the only bathroom on the main floor is the ensuite master bath so if you are using the common areas like the living, kitchen or dining room, you must either go up and down the spiral stairs or through the master bedroom to access a bathroom. Overall, it was really a lovely home; the layout was just a little strange. We had a very peaceful and happy week despite a couple of rainy days. We enjoyed the beach, p-town, the wellfleet flea market, drivin in, and actor's theater.
