Del Mar was extremely attentive. The times I called for my issue of being locked out because of a battery power loss with keypad they were on the ball and attentive. As far as the apartment it was perfect. It’s no frills as I expected and wanted but the location was ideal. It was nice and quiet which was the most important aspect of any of my rentals. A major suggestion is to ensure each unit has a LOBBY key in their emergency lockbox with their apartment unit key. What happened was a selfish tenant decided to keep the lobby key in their unit overnight rather than return it in the emergency lockbox for the other tenants to use when the lobby keypad was inoperable. Just common sense!!! Wasn’t able to enter the building for 1.5 hours until the tenant who kept the key revealed themselves.

The host was very attentive when I needed to assistance with WiFi … great location and very comfortable bed!

The views out the front window of the water and Commercial Street were fantastic! Also views from the deck of the Pilgrim Monument and the water. Also, the space was HUGE.
