The space is compact, clean, and well appointed. It's in a great location -- walkable to Commercial St., restaurants, the beach, the tea dances, etc. This was a good space for a busy weekend as in...we weren't in the condo much at all. Yes, we could hear the people above us, but they were clearly on the same sleep schedule and were respectful (no excessive noise). Would book again for a long weekend. The management was communicative and even left a message as I was driving home. Affable and responsive.

A cozy basement/garden level spot in a great location! Super walkable to the center of town, extremely close to Boatslip and Liz’s. So happy to be able to bring the dogs with us, and also to have a spot to park the car. We were 4 adults + 2 dogs, and while the space isn’t very big, we had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom quite roomy (great shower)! The host was super responsive when we ran into a little trouble with the smart lock. We got stuck with a rainstorm the whole time we were here, so we didn’t have the chance to take advantage of the plunge pool or the patio, but they looked great! Also, given the weather and some previous reviews, we were worried that this basement level space would be damp, but it wasn’t! Great spot!

We really loved this home. It's very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was AMAZING. A five-minute walk to the Boatslip or Joe's Coffee on Commercial Street, and easy walking to Liz's Cafe on Bradford. I will say the cost is a bit price ($600+ per night) but it accomdated three of us plus a dog and free parking. Overall, we would recommend this place and we would stay here again.

Overall a very nice stay. As other reviews have stated - yes, this is a basement apartment. If you run the provided dehumidifier - the humidity is very easily rectified. Full kitchen full of pots/pans, utensils & plates. Bedrooms were clean & stocked. Bathroom is HUGE & water pressure is amazing. Lots of hot water. Had a small issue with the entry code checking in, but Delmar was IMMEDIATELY available to help. The one large downfall is if you have a dog - the neighbor behind the rental has a barrier reactive doodle that will bark at the gate every time you pass (you can’t go any other way). If you have a dog that is reactive in any way - this may not be the rental for you. Overall good stay & would absolutely rent again.
